Where would I even start with this? I need to replace the fence, it's a gonner - rotten and falling apart.

Which department would I get in touch with? Where do I begin?

Give them a phone call and discuss it with them - Homes and housing | Queensland Government

Is the adjoining place occupied/tenanted? be surprised if they haven't already jumped up & down demanding their rights etc.

    Thanks for that.

The tenants look ...how shall I put it...rough. So I think a dilapidated fence is the least of their concerns.
