    My best rate to date is @ 3.82%, AMP.

    I cant believe how low ?? Anyone doing better... share please

    @MTR, you beat me.

    My lowest is 3.85%. Hardly worth putting money in the Offset.

    Fixed for 3 years broker is my friend and is willing to do cashback as a special till end of the year for everyone meaning he is giving his commission

    1.25%. HSBC lifetime tracker @ 1% above base rate. UK. Does that count?

    4.14 WBC (and i though i was doing well) ! some of these rates sound amazing!

    Macquarie P/I portion of PPOR: 3.99%
    Macquarie IO portion of PPOR 4.24%
    Choicelend IO for IP1 (only have 1 IP so far :( ) 4.11%

    We've had these discussions before but don't mistake a BoQ cheap product as being the same as a WBC at 4.14%. Even though the rate is higher the policy and service behind the more expensive loan can be worth its weight in gold.

    Cheap is not necessarily best especially for investors.

    Latter, but I am on the Staff Plan as I was a staff member with the bank.

    Nope. It's variable. I was working in the bank and this was a product they pitched to staff in mid-2015.
