    (posting it in this forum so that people that frequent this sub-foum notice it)

    A general meetup to discuss anything related to share investment:
    • Long-term / dividend investing
    • Value Investing
    • Speculative Shares
    Where: Beer Deluxe at King Street Wharf (9 Lime Street, Sydney).
    When: Tuesday 27 February, 6pm onwards.

    A 5-10 minute walk from Wynyard Station.

    Bummer - I can't do Tuesdays during the school term because of Spanish lessons for the kids, otherwise I'd be there.

    A mix of interests in dividend and spec shares investing.

    Looking forward to the banter. I'm more a total return / index / asset allocation bloke for public securities these days but have a few companies that I still follow. Love the markets.

    I've asked for a table in the upstairs section. That area is otherwise empty most weeknights.

    Will get them to put a sign on the table "Shares Meetup". I should be there before 6pm.

    The main bar is at wharf level and can be a bit noisy (hence the request for the table upstairs).

    So far expecting about 15 ( including a few investing friends also in the mix ).

    I'll need to leave at 7:30 (flying to Melbourne).
