Hi All, Some of the longer term forum users here may remember me as Sez, a name which caused much mayhem for mobile users (autocorrect) around the country. So, I changed that to make your lives a little easier!! I am a manager of a rental department in Canberra but previously working in property management in VIC for 8 years. I currently have 2 property managers working for me doing a wonderful job and I am still happy to come into work every day as long as there is coffee. I'll be lurking on threads and happy to give advice as seems fit, always happy to answer any questions and queries anyone may have and I look forward to getting to know you all as we navigate the often frustrating questions relating to tenants and property managers alike .

Hi Dave, Thanks , good to be back. The move was mostly prompted by being closer to family for the kids (all their Aunts and Uncles and Cousins and Grandparents). That and I must just love the cold....? I grew up in Canberra so I do have a soft spot for it! I'm at ParkTrent here, all property management in the Canberra office which is right up my alley!
