Sewer through backyard - Queensland

    Hi have a similar concern about a property I’m looking at buying . See attached plan. There is an easement marked through the backyard and it is for QLD electricity commission. I’m just curious would anyone know how close To it I can build ? Just wanting to put in a shed. Also it runs through the property can I fence either side ? Mabye if I put a gate in ?

    @Steven C 93 have you read the terms of the easement ? is it for underground or overhead assets ?
