    Looking for experts' advice :)

The property with a blue dot is the one I'm looking at. It has a sewer line running through the front left corner of the property. Is this a secondary pipe that I do not need to concerned about? The attached image gives more details about this; from my understanding, if it is smaller than 300mm in diameter, there is no need for easement? Is this pretty common or would this affect the price of the property?

It also has a blue line going through the right corner of the property which says water service, domestic, potable, 20mm. Also a tiny little red line next to it which is sewer service, 100mm. I have very little knowledge so would appreciate if someone can explain these for me!

    Thanks in advance :)
