I was hoping to get some rough idea how to Calculate Clearance from 150vc, sewer
    - 0.3m parallel to fence
    - 0.9m deep falling towards the road 1.7m (?) deep.

I called Sydney water but they wouldn't comment on any estimate and asks for Plan to be submitted.

Anyone got rough idea, say 0.3m from left fence + 0.9m off sewer = 1.2m is safe estimate ? [current build seems to be 1.2m off fence, I was wondering if same would apply if KDR Duplex]

Hey mate. You’ll need to stay at least 900 clear off the sewer pipe so 975mm from the center of the pipe.
You’ll still be building in the zone of influence so when your slab is being designed it may need to factor in some piers under the slab along the sewer to take any excess force away from the Sydney water asset.

You’ll more then likely need to engage a Sydney water coordinator who will approve the design to be able to build next to Sydney waters asset. You’ll also need to lodge a building plan Tap in approval Which is done on the Sydney water website.

    hope this helps. Good luck

Sydney water got list of approved water service coordinator, you can upload your plan on their website and they give you quotes, around $2000

We had something similar on one of our sites, went close to it, not onto it. Was a 1.5m setback, with the sewer similar placed on the side boundary.
Had to encase it (or lose sqm in design). Cost 10k or roughly $500 per metre.
