Great news for him. The exterior is really ugly though - not a fan of that style of modern architecture. You'd want it to look pretty nice if you were paying $100 million :p

Maybe this guy , Phillip Dong Fang Lee , who bought this little property wants an upgrade . He does like waterfront properties having bought a 300 hectare waterfront site just near our weekender at North arm Cove . The whole neighborhood is watching with interest to see what he does .

He could certainty be in the running and wouldn't have to spend too much on moving fees. :DHe's gonna need every cent too.

When you put his name in Google you come to a list of the richest 400 people in China . I didn't scroll down to check where ( or if ) he was on it ...

Sounds like a good buy for a small mum and dad investor

The first photo is not appealing at all. It looks like a factory. The second photo (more orange tinged - looking upwards from below) looks much more interesting (just from that angle). I'd take the cash instead :D.

Whoever buys this isn't going to care about the photos.

It will be bought as the ultimate bragging rights.

I wouldn't really be bragging about what it looks like though... (ugly).

I'd rather brag that I had $100m in the bank :D. (But I wouldn't tell anyone anyway.)

Agree its horrible , though I'm sure the future buyers would be buying it for the views and prestigious location.
