    Brokers, I haven't had a request for a servicing guarantee for a number of years. Who are the go to lenders?

    ANZ is the only one, and lots of restrictive criteria.

    Just about nobody (ANZ do/did have a niche servicing guarantor allow for very well off parents I believe still - but not written very much, high hurdles and high net worth).
