Runcorn, i dont think it was a good buy, though the previous offer was 10k higher but didnt go through due to Finance.
I was panic cuz most of the houses i called were under offer or contract. I was afraid of missing out so i went for it. Small land less maintenance and 15 yrs old brick veneer. Didnt see the house, had my brother inspected for us then B&P. Next one i hope to get a reasonable size of land. Hoping to learn more from people here.

There's people on here that have gone for places in Runcorn, it's not the worst place in the world. I'm not that familiar with that area.
FOMO - lots of that happening in Brisbane.
And good on you for going for a house you haven't physically seen! Very brave.

Thanks Azazel. I picked Runcorn because of the chinese influence. There are a lot of chinese in the suburb and the median price has not gone up as Sunnybank Hills so i am hoping that it will have the ripple effect. As for school sunny bank hills ranked 100% and runcorn ranked 92% so not bad.
