    agree, these government run programs are not bad in getting basic info, they service the purpose of getting started.

    when ppl getting more and more serious about property investing and keen to learn more, they are likely eventually find PC. :)

    The guest presenters they have had in the past have been quite good. They actually had people from Wakelin one time (ok ok calm down everyone, it was just the basics), a sales rep from Barry Plant (who was actually hilarious - really great entertainer - who went through the steps of purchase and auction), and a FP from RACV who was similarly a very interesting and entertaining presenter.
