When selling a residential property do find you get a better price selling via a big name agency like McGrath or Belle Property vs some boutique agency? If you've sold via McGrath or Belle Property, please let me know any positive and negative experiences, especially in the Inner West region of Sydney. Thanks

I think it's all about how good that agent is. You want one who knows that patch really well and has an excellent client database. I don't think a franchise behind a person makes them better than others, or buyers more interested in viewing a property.

I don't think the agency matters too much. As mentioned, It is likely more to do with the agent themselves and the marketing campaign. Larger agencies may have a greater pool of buyers on their email listings. However, the numerous online platforms (domain.com, RE.com) make it a more even playing field regardless of the agency.
