Hi, we have 10 acres that developers want to buy and subdivide into 49 house blocks. We are having trouble making a decision re selling the lot or selling off most of it and staying. We already know that it will be noisy and dusty during development. My wife likes the area and wants to stay holding onto 1/2 of the land (STCA). I think this is impossible and would be happy to sell up and move on.
What are the pro's and con's?
If we don't make a decision before September's WGT draft what are the implications of any decision after this?
    Any advice would be welcome.

It’s probably worth less on the sale per sqm if you only sell some of it right?

Thats going to be a worry living there while they build the 49 houses.

I'd personally sell up. I assume your going to make millions so I would immediately redirect that money into other RE and start becoming a slumlord, retire and collect rent. :)

Chuck a Ferrari in the mix as well.

If it was me I'd cash out and move on to something new, lucky you! :)
