Hope someone could help me to understand this issue.
I have signed up and paid the deposit (10% land +5% for the house) for a H+L turnkey package in Melbourne west with a reputed builder for the purpose of a primary residence. Land is not titled yet and the time line is to complete the build by the end of 2019.
Now I have second thoughts about living and working in the area after 6 months renting nearby.
Is it possible to resell now and if so, how to go about it? How much I could recover? Or is it better to sell after the building complete?. The land value and cost of the building has gone up since I have signed up.
    Thanks in advance.
