Hi basic question Im sure but searched everywhere and cant find clear answer..
Note I am not near retirement/pension age.
Looking to buy a investment property with smsf fund. Cash only no loan involved.
If say after a year I sold the property the money would go straight back into the smsf is that correct ? ie. cant be touched personally.
Can I then use the money to buy a different investment property ?
Any limitations on how often this can be done ?
    Thanks !

The SMSF is a trust so the trustee would be buying the property. It can sell at any stage and it will get the proceeds. It can then use this to buy property again. No real legal limits, but the trustee must take care not to breach the rules in the SMSF deed
