    Hello all,

Has anyone had experience selling off the plans? What were some the challenges you experienced? If you could share any tips will be much appreciated.

    Regards

    Hi Sam

Its very much dependent on the market and what State you are selling.

I have sold OTP developments in Melbourne recently and will be doing the same with my current project.

We marketed my product (townhouses) as soon as we demolished the house. Once the build was close to roof height we started getting interest, in the main buyers like to see something happening.

If you have a strong market and a product which is in demand you should have no issues selling, one key factor is try to build close to transport it will make it easier to sell.

    MTR:)
