Selling now or wait?

    With two months to Christmas, would you wait until next year or don't think it will make any difference if needed to sell before the next financial year? Normally does listing come short approaching Christmas?

    Best to chat with your accountant and broker regarding this.

    From market cycle perspective, if in VIC or NSW, better of selling it this year I'll say!!..

    The tax side I am not fussed, more towards the holiday season impact.

    Depends upon how quickly you can list it and what the average sell time is in that area, 4-6 weeks campaign is normally good enough time to sell the property...

    If it takes longer, in that case, you have most likely other issues to deal with :)

    Good luck and speak to few good real estate agents!.
