Selling my house with neighbour

    Hey all

    Hoping to get some advice on this. I'm live in the inner west of Sydney just off an artillery road. My backing neighbour lives on that road with a house in disrepair and he's wanting to sell. I've suggested if we go in together then we can make more money using both our land for an apartment.

    I've looked into it and his house is considered a B2 Local centre whereas mine is Low Density Residental. Obviously we'd want to sell to a developer so my questions would be

    a) what's the best tactic with gaining interest? We'd want to get the highest value possible. Would Real Estate be best or are there agents that deal with developers?

    b) how much would the zoning affect the developers?
