    Fellas,
    Just wanted to check with those who have sold properties at the start of the year, when it would be a 'good' time to commence listing, market for four weeks and then auction?

    Bearing in mind there is easter holidays / australia day.

    ps - for property in Melbourne

    Personally, I believe either start in the next couple of weeks. Or early January. Busiest periods of the year.
    You could mix it up and see how a straya day Auction goes.
    I'd speak to an Auction agent in your area and get their thoughts.
