    I'm currently selling in Brisbane and my costs are similar. Approx $2500 for marketing package and commission is 2.6%.

    I paid 1.8% marketing included when I sold a house in Adelaide earlier this year. I consider most marketing to be ******** but you obviously don't. I'm surprised you haven't budgeted for drone shots, a VR tour and social media campaign.

    Get a quote from Just Residential Property Management. They sell sometimes as well. They are based in Everton Park.

    @qemist

    The costs were an example of the highest costs I received

    I've never heard anything so ridiculous, Drone photo's, VR tours and a social media campaign......on second thoughts how much for the drone shots and a VR tour though :D
