    Hello All.
Has anyone had any experience in selling a company, as a whole, that owns property? Ie. A unit block with several share holders owning equal amount of shares?

The dilemma is what amount of votes is required to sell the company to, say, a developer - majority, 100%, specific amount?

I'd be very interested to hear from anyone who has done this, or a professional (legal practitioner) who would be able to assist.

We have done quite a few of these in QLD. The constitutions are typically very specific about what needs to happen.
