Selling before completion

    Hi,

    I am interested to know would you sell off one of the two unit on a subdivision development prior to completion?

    The property is 80% completed. One agent presented me an offer and it is at close to current market price.

    What are the pro and cons?

    Is that not only a completed building, but to also include landscaping ?
    You could improve your margin by not including any landscaping in the sale contract :rolleyes:
