Selling an apartment in Chermside

    Hi all, we have an apartment in Chermside which is currently rented and managed by an Agent. The current Agent is ok for management but we are not having much luck anywhere else. We are thinking about selling it, can anyone recommend a good agent that works in the Chermside area so we can get it valued, etc. Thanks

    not the greatest time to be selling, but if you meet the market u will get it moved.

    I dont think that unit market will get much better for the next 2 to 4 years

    I just sold a house there with Chris Winkler at Place Aspley. He is very transparent and will work hard for you.
