Selling agent's fee schedule

    Hi guys, I have just sold an IP and closed account with sales agent. The final statement received shows deposit balance less agent commission, advertisement fee and an 'admin fee of $675 for releasing the deposit'. Also, since I had an earlier buyer drop out during the cooling off I received that 0.25% less 'admin fee of $275 on that contract'. Is that normal or should I take it up to the agent? I thought this commission is what I paid him for his 'admin work'.

    Refer to your agency agreement. If it is not in your agency agreement, take it up with the agent.

    Admin fee for releasing deposit sounds crazy! As does admin fee for the coooing off penalty!
