Selling agent recommendations for Oxley 4075 Qld

Hi All,
I'm thinking of selling my investment property in Oxley, Qld and am interested in member's recommendations in respect to agents in this area.

The property is in a complex with a live in manager. The manager is also a licensed real estate agent and would obviously like to handle the sale - but I'm wondering if that is the best way to go.

Has anybody had any relatively recent experience in selling in this area and are prepared to share their thoughts / recommendations on local agents ?

I've dealt with a guy called Paul Liddy at Ray White who has experience in Oxley. He's a good agent.
