Selling agent recommendation - Melbourne inner west

Just wondering if anyone has a recommendation for a selling agent in Melbourne inner west (Footscray, Maribyrnong area), who has a good track record of getting the best price out of suitable-for-development properties.

Along the same lines, also looking for a good solicitor for conveyancing. Prefer someone who has at least in-house solicitor. Not looking for cheapies, looking for good and reasonably priced.

I think Jas stephens is reall good for single sell houses etc been to their auctions etc. But if selling dev stuff - you need to at least have some Asian networks to the Vietnamese or Chinese, a lot of stuff in yarraville was sold to Asians and especially footscray ( that is like the "little Saigon" of Melbourne)

I look at their team and really which RE agent nowadays does not have at the very least one Asian RE agent
