    Hi all,

I'm looking to sell a house and also a block of land in Ipswich and have contacted the 2 most active agents in the area, but I don't like having to email them 2-3 times to get an answer. My theory is that if they're not responsive now, they'll be even less responsive once I list with them.

Can anyone suggest someone who is actually on the ball and knows what they're doing?

    Thanks

Sales people use the phone more frequently than email. Just call.

I'm aware. Their ability to return calls are pretty poor too, and not happy with the advice they have given either (they are struggling to understand what the end product is once subdivision occurs after I've sent them plans and explained it numerous times!).

    Ah. That's different.
I would suggest though that if two of the top real estate sales people for the area do not understand your plans, the plans may be the problem. Best of luck with it.

I agree that communication before you have even signed an appointment is an indication of issues to come.

Which suburb is the property located in?

I know how you feel when sales people don't reply...

Sometimes it feels like you trying to get their business!

    Is ignoring the new norm?

I just sold my place in Raceview off market in one week. There are good agents.
