Selling a house (detached from the land)

    I am getting close to doing a knockdown rebuild for a PPOR. The house on there is in good condition and is on piers. Instead of knocking this house down, I want to investigate whether it would be possible to just sell the house.

    Does anyone have any tips or can point to a decent company that can tell me if its possible to move the house and how its done?

    I've found a website does will list and sell your home, has anyone used them before?

    Have done loads of these. They are very easy to do. Better off selling by yourself if you can. Plenty of movers around who can do it.

    If you were going to demolish it anyway just chuck an ad up on gumtree with "free house buyer to remove at own cost". People put these out on properties for their workers or families.
