    Any preferences, pros and cons for which lease is more land lord-friendly?

    All residential leases are required to be RTA compliant.

    Not sure of the rules there but here you can't use a REISA lease unless you're a member (which we are).

    Yes, thanks DT, I figured that after I had posted but wanted to check. I've started filling out the RTA one.

    I always use RTA. Download and fill in... easy.
