    Hi All,

I am thinking of selling one of my properties in Kallangur (Moreton Bay Region) and looking for a good real estate agent. Looking for help from experienced investors here on how you go about selecting a Real Estate Agent to sell your property.

I have also seen some instances where multiple agents sell same property in market. Is it legally allowed?
If anyone has good personal experience with any agent in this area, please suggest the name to me.

    Thanks
    Nish

    Hi Nish,

I won't bore you with advice on how to choose an agent, there's plenty of info here to help. However if you are looking for a recommendation in that area, I refer to Michael Byriel -

Regarding multi-listing the home, it is allowed however I'd advise against it.

I always look for the agent that sold a property just like mine for a good price.

actively engage as a buyer in your area 3 months out and suss out how the agent deals with buyers (act keen of course). That way you can see how they are with buyers side. Obviously look at there results and shortlist 2 or 3. Then interview them and go from there.

How did you go about selling your property?
Is it a good time to be selling? I am thinking of doing the same and selling one (or more) of my properties.
    Keen to hear your thoughts.
