    Hi

    I'm looking for a PM for a property in Stanmore - a small suburb between Petersham and Leichhardt.
    The PM does not need to be in that suburb, but I imagine somewhere within reasonable distance (whatever that means).

    I have had a good experience with Fernando from First National in Marrickville. He manages two flats for me and is very responsive. I haven't had any issues, thank goodness, so I'm not sure how he would tackle a problem tenant, but he's a good guy. Tell him Scott sent you.
