Seeking Landscaper on Northern Beaches Sydney

Hi all,

Looking for a recommended landscaper located on the Northern Beaches in Sydney. Scope of works includes

1. Remove existing 1x3m concrete pad
2. Remove existing 3x2m area of grass
   
3. (a). Replace items 1 and 2 with raise composite decking (Trex Transcend Composite Decking preferred though will consider others)
   
4. (b). A stormwater solution may be required as area experiences minor flooding when raining, advice required
   
5. Remove existing concrete pavers to the front door and replace with sandstone pavers
   
6. Remove existing rock edging to the hedges as per plan and replace with sandstone edging (Amber Sandstone preferred - [Content Moderated] though will consider others)
   
7. Remove existing plant bed and replace with matching grass (unsure on existing grass type)

It would be great if they also had a building license to expand the size of the existing window and add in a breakfast bar opening out on to the new decking
