    Hi guys,

    Hope someone can help me here. I'm currently looking for a property at Kellyville/Nth Kellyville. Most homes in this areas look quite new, which were built by various builders. Does anyone have advices/feedbacks for new/near-new built homes in these areas. One of the property I'm looking at was built by Allworth Homes. Is this an ok builder in these areas? What are the general feedbacks for all builders here, e.g Rawson, Metricon etc? Have seen so many feedbacks elsewhere but it seems different areas would have different building quality.
