    Townhouses are selling for around $650 k+ in the ponds. You can buy 3 in Brisbane for that ..well nearly 3

    Somebody gunna get hurt real bad when the interest rates go up

    It is now showing the auction results for today.

    We have lots of improvements planned, and it works well on desktop / tablet (but not mobile phones yet!).

    I went to an auction today, inner city terrace, a truly scary experience! Just stood there and laughed as the bidding went to 910k for a 1 bedroom dump no kitchen or bathroom with an outside dunny.

    68 Garden St Alexandria. I spoke with the agent about that one this morning, i'm sure he said 700k plus. I was in the area for the one they are selling on Caroline St Redfern... now thats really a dump, kitchen roof needs replacing, (its partly falling down and im sure its not legal height, i'd say less than 2m height clearance) no backyard, old bathroom down the back, narrow stairs to upstairs and also no parking. He said 700ks but I wouldnt be surprised if it went near 1mill.

    910K... The single occupant (one would have to presume) could buy very nicely in Brisbane with that sale price

    Nothing like a room with a view ,zero maintenance ,secure ,and apart from a future insurance claim on the entry point with the stepup at the entry gate,starting to make Brisbane better each week..imho..

    Though I know we're having fun, I do want to mention that generally the APM clearance rate data is adjusted down a few days after the initial result is posted. Won't be surprised if this:

    84% 83% 82% 80% 82%

    becomes this:

    84% 83% 82% 80% 80%/79%
