Hi guys I have a house in Newborough Vic (Latrobe Valley) I am looking at selling private sale and was wondering can anyone recommend a solicitor / lawyer to draw up the section 32 ?

and can anyone help clarify what the process is ? I get the section 32 drawn up then that is used for the buyer to check out the property and both our solicitor's to get the deal to go smoothly yes?

I had done a full cosmetic reno on the house and put up a shed all with no permits I don't think the house would have needed it due to being cosmetic , how ever the buyer's mum works for council as is going to do checks is there anything that can bite me ?

Needs a permit. Hopefully they don't notice for your sake.

LOL that is not a small shed

With renos, once over a certain amount your supposed to supply a warranty or insurance, however most people probably don't. Not sure if it applies in VIC.
