Im looking at a property that is listed as being zoned as GRZ1, the property report also says GRZ1.

In the section 32 it says:

    The land:
    - is included in a GENERAL RESIDENTIAL ZONE - SHEDULE 1

A proposed amended planning scheme C198 has been placed on public exhibition which shows this property:
    - is included in a GENERAL RESIDENTIAL ZONE - SHEDULE 2 - C198

I'm assuming that means it will most likely be re-zoned to GRZ2?

And I believe this is no good as I was hoping to buy this block and try to build some townhouses on it in the future, I've been told I have a better chance of this buying a block zoned GRZ1.

The council is city of casey

I checked on mapshare.vic.gov.au and it says the zone is GRZ2

I’ve been told C198 has now been finalised so you should be able to find out if your property was changed or not.
    Good luck!
