    Hello,

    I have just joined PropertyChat and hope to learn more about properties, suburbs, etc.

    A bit about myself: currently renting in Sydney, married with a baby.

    We are now looking at buying a property. At the moment our future home would be a house (3beds, 2bathrooms, 1-2 car space and a 1 small backyard).

    We're not set on a specific location but our requirements would be:

    - easily accessible in public transport (mainly trains) with not so long commute to CBD (~1h or so)
    - good childcare/schools
    - good community feel, safe suburb/neighbourhood for young family
    - access to services within walkable distance (supermarkets, medical, post office, cafe/restaurant, etc)
    - where it doesn't get too hot (e.g Penrith)

    Hoping to learn a lot from this community :)
