    I have just finished a subdivision down there and have a house ready to rent, having a little trouble finding an appropriate tenant at the moment. Thought you might have been interested in it

    Our notice said all remaining blocks in Seagrove (Stages 15 and 16) have been titled :)

    Thanks for the update, can't believe that the agent I purchased through and my conveyancer hardly ever update me on anything.

    I am happy to hear this as it applies to lot 670. I will follow up with my conveyancer via email now and a phone call on Tuesday to see where we are at on our end.

    Yes the journey begins, we already have our house plans completed with Metricon & went down last Tuesday the Studio M to choice all colours, fittings & electrical. So now land has been titled hopefully everything falls into place
