SE QLD PM under administration

Try this company,they have been in business a long time on the south-side of inner Brisbane ,i have been with them for about a year now ,after self management for over 27 years i just had enough ..

@Grogounet, Nick works with the REIQ heavily as a Property Management trainer and adviser. He's extremely experienced, great to get along with and has a very pragmatic attitude to his business. I find it's sometimes hard to find a balance between businesses that are overly rigid and 'compliant' (costing you unnecessary time and money) and those that are too casual (opening you to risk). He's one of very few I find that strike the perfect balance.

Nope, not a cent.
I can't imagine any monies will be disbursed until after Jan as most govt agencies shut shop until mid next month.

 

I gave the number a call on my letter and they expect mid-Jan for payment

I still think @Simon Hampel should be banning the PM from posting on here anymore. Particularly as they posted last week talking about their various investments.... at least one of their properties should be liquidated to pay all of us back in full...

 

Isn't the catch phrase of many businesses these days "all care no responsibility"?

just an update. I got my cheque at the end of January... that was a long waiting game

 

I got both my Cheques. Time to move on
