Hi , I had some research regarding SDA property investment , looks like very stable income and high demand by NDIS ,the only question is for such good investment why getting loan approval is hard and required minimum 30% -40% deposit. Does it consider to be risky investment for the lenders.?
When we built our first one , you couldn't borrow money to build . Luckily were in a position to be able to pay cash , but currently trying to refinance and it's not easy . Having said that we were maxed out when the Govt changed the banking rules and income is lower , but they're not taking the full SDA income into account . Cliff
