SDA - ~12% of People in SDA Looking to Move - Flight to Quality

    The graph below shows the people in existing SDA looking for alternative stuff. That is just under 12% of people living in SDA have told the NDIA they are looking to move. I would guess the number is at least twice this, we have a heap of people who move over from others and don't tell the NDIA until they move in. Don't build cheap rubbish.
