    Hurstville Public School has OC classes for years 5 & 6 so this would influence the score for that school.

    One of the reasons I bought an IP in a certain Adelaide suburb on a development site was due to the catchment and the fact that the chinese market will pay top dollar for new properties in the area to be in that catchment.
