    i am not as smart as most investors on this forum, but is someone keep harping on about
    depreciation benefits, new builds, potential +ve cash flow, retire in less than 5 years, or putting on videos of some poor lady that only earns $50k/pa and convince her to start a self managed super fund with balance of $80k to buy property, it raises serious red flags.

    A lot of your investors are asking money back from their promised investment return but it’s been over the contract time and you are still not returning them their project fees $16500 and any money. Do you want me to prove that?
