    Would loooooove to have it for other states as well.
    Even if it would be a paid plug-in, it would definitely worth it...

    While I like money as much as the next person, housing affordability is a joke at the moment. I think, crazy growth will see some winners but more losers in the long term.

    Days when information was all it took are well and truly gone. These days almost everyone has access to the same information and techniques for wealth creation. How hard one works for it is the key and of course a bit of luck won't hurt.

    It was great for a short while when Google was mapping the for sale listings. Hopefully this won't be another similar failure.

    I think I may be missing something here.
    The plug in was scrapped back in 2011 and appears to be re released this month as I can currently use the LPI plug in and view sales over 5 years by street and suburb and previous sales by property along with loads of other LPI data.
    Its a great resource..

    The plugin is pretty helpful. It also shows you the land value.
