What is the normal scenario regarding sales contract by REA?
Selling a property through an REA but they won't let me see the sales contract as there are not yet any offers.
This doesn't make sense to.me as I would like to see what the contract entails. It's just the standard contract.
Where can I get one from?

    Dear Devvy,
normally the contract is drawn up by your solicitor.
Have a chat with them. Some people use a conveyancer.
    I hope this helps

The REA says that it's the real estate institute standard contract but won't give me a copy.

Normally you would be approaching a solicitor/conveyancer of your choice for a sale contract with any amendments and giving it to REA.
