Sales commission on land only

    Hi all,

    (I've done a search but haven't found a mention specifically on land sales commission.)

    Was wondering what people's experience or knowledge was on a typical percentage commission - not including marketing, just the sale.

    EDIT: this site says 1.92% average for Adelaide homes, which seems low to me.

    Same rate as for houses.

    Whereas comms on OTP can be quite lucrative.
