Any locals (or informed investors) have an opinion to share about Safety Bay/Waikiki? I'm looking for a no-fuss, long-term, buy and hold investment - have found a 4 bed, 2 bath on an 810m2 block, 1 street back from the beach. When I say long-term, I mean 10yrs + on a DHA lease. The beach is obviously a positive, but what are some of the other pros and cons of this area? Seems like it would have good potential for CG over the next 10 years - close to the beach, relatively easy to get into Perth, close to schools/shopping center. What do you think?
