[SA] Vacate home water bill

    The house has been vacated since October 18, and till now there's no tenant. Now, i received the SA Water bill and surprisingly it shows:

    Water use: $197.34
    Supply charge: $74.45
    Sewerage: $116

    Now that come to $388. Is this normal for an empty house? We checked through, there's no leaking tap. When looking at the metre, its the same metre number as on invoice, but the metre wasnt running at all. The last recorded reading was 1350, and now the metre shows 1368. This is so weird....

    Boy scouts using the property as a drive-thru car was on weekends?
