Rural Residential Max 50Ha

    Looking at a Rural residential property at 95% LVR which meets all the bank /LMI requirements except its 51.77 Ha and not 50 Ha maximum (Comm/ Genworth) . Has anyone seen any flexibility on this with the banks and LMI?
    Everything else in the deal (serviceability, deposit etc) stacks up except this.
