    So today is RUOK day, where we are supposed to roll up to friends and colleagues and ask them if they're ok. And then we forget about them for the rest of the year.

    On RUOK day, one must remember that many problems come when one is stressed. And there's one really good way to turn that around.

    Spell it backwards- desserts.

    I think Dave was referring to the Weagles, a group which plays for children.

    I often ask one of my colleges if he is ok. Ironically, I forgot to ask yesterday ;)

    It's not a one off thing for me either. More like an all year thing.
